Study On Sweeping Check Of The Ammonia Refrigerating Room And The Diffusion Rules Of Ammonia Leakage

With the explosive growth of ammonia refrigeration enterprises in China, the accidents of ammonia refrigerating room occurred frequently and caused wide attention of the society. The atmosphere of "turn pale at the mention of ammonia " has already formed. To control the ammonia leakage accident from the source, by sweeping check the ammonia refrigerating room for leakage hidden perils, this article summarizes the characteristics of ammonia leakage accident, and equipment which prone to leak, and reasons of leaking. From the perspective of process control, points out the weakness of work in the prevention and control of ammonia leakage diffusion. To illustrate these deficiencies and put forward corrective measures, this paper analyzed the diffusion rules of ammonia leakage, and studied the factors which affecting the spread of ammonia. FLUENT simulation software was choosed to analyze the law of ammonia diffusion. On the basis of ammonia leakage diffusion in different conditions, we put forward suggestions in the prevention of ammonia leakage, and response measures of leakage happend.Mainly results of this research:(1) Designate the method of sweeping check of the leakage in ammonia refrigeration room by consideration of ammonia compressor plant processes and equipment. After sweeping check, I summed up the ammonia refrigeration rooms risk situation, the features of vulnerable leak point, and the weakness of prevention and control of ammonia leakage.(2) Summarizes the typical leakage situation and reasons of the equipment.(3)For putting forward some suggestions,Via theoretical analysis, we constructed ammonia leakage diffusion model, and through on-site measureing,we calculated parameters leakage.By comparing different gas leak diffusion methods, we selected the fluent simulation software,and from reality, built a physical model.(4) Use the FLUENT software to simulate the ammonia leakage diffusion conditions, analysis diffusion rules in different conditions of ammonia leakage. Combined plots with the actual situations, we put forward the improvement about prevention suggestions and control measures for the diffusion of existing ammonia refrigerant room.
