| With the increasing environmental protection requirements of our country, natural gas has been widely used as a clean energy source. In recent years, gas heating has gradually replaced coal combustion and has been widely used nationwide, and coal-to-gas projects have been vigorously promoted and implemented. However, the resulting gas leakage and explosion accidents have emerged one after another, causing casualties and property losses, and having a great social impact. This paper is aimed at the prevention and control of natural gas leakage and explosion accidents in the B9 boiler room of the East Section in the Xi’an Aerospace Academy, and the potential leak points of the gas boiler room and the location of typical ignition sources are analyzed. At the same time, the FLACS software is used to perform numerical simulations to leak natural gas from different apertures Research has been carried out on the diffusion process and the change law of explosion hazard areas. At the same time, the ventilation dilution effect of exhaust measures has been verified and analyzed, and the consequences of leakage and explosion accidents in the case of ventilation and non-ventilation are predicted and compared the study. It is found that when the natural gas leakage aperture of the boiler room is 5mm and 25mm,the leakage gas cannot be concentrated in a large area in a short time. The leakage aperture of 50mm and above has a large leakage mass flow, which is likely to form a wide range of explosive gas mixtures, which is relatively dangerous; After the natural gas leaks in the house,it is easy to accumulate in the walls, doors and windows, and it is easier to form a large area above these parts.Under the condition of ventilation measures, the leakage of natural gas in boiler room is nearly 90.1%less than that in unventilated, the volume is 91.3%less,and the volume of equivalent stoichiometric cloud is 91%less.Besides,once the leakage and explosion accident occurs after taking ventilation measures, the indoor overpressure can be reduced by about 0.44 bar,and the reduction rate is about 80.Therefore,potential ignition sources such as equipment and facilities in the boiler room should be as far away as possible from areas such as walls and doors and windows. In addition to installing gas detectors on the upper part of the gas pipeline,it is recommended to install them in the top area closer to the wall.Fan exhaust has a significant effect on diluting the gas leakage in the boiler room and reducing the accumulation of combustible gas.It is an effective measure to control the occurrence of gas leakage and explosion accidents in the boiler room and reduce the severity of the consequences of the accident. |
