High-speed water jet is a bundle of pure water or water and abrasive mixture by high pressure booster pumps and other means to accelerate the formation of the supercharger. Water Jet is the simplest form of energy conversion and application. As pressure and rate of flow can be adjusted by a big margin, nearly three decades that has developed quickly andis widely used in mining and industry even some totally unrelated fields. Pre-mixed abrasive jet is mixed with high-pressure water and abrasive in garnet tank after passing through the high-pressure hose and nozzle to accelerate the formation of abrasive jet.Such incorporation of abrasive transforms the mix mechanism of particles and aqueous medium, significantly improved mixing effectiveness and improved energy conversion efficiency of water jet device. However, by the limiting volume of the abrasive tank, premixed abrasive jet continuous work time is limited, we need to stop working to change sand canned, unable to work continuously, affecting its application.Discussion at this stage of the flow field are usually ways to theoretical analysis, experimental observation and numerical simulation method, the article is intended to numerical simulation as the basic method. In this paper, we use Fluent software on abrasive electromagnetic boosting device in the flow path of the magnetic fluid flow field simulation, and made test model to do test analysis.The main work done as follows:Firstly,describes the development of high-pressure water jet technology, working principle, main components and limitations of the prior art, but also an overview of the advantages and feasibility of MHD technology,combines both and leads to this topic.Secondly,briefly discusses fluid dynamics and equations on the following simulation to do the groundwork.Overview abrasive slurry electromagnetic theory and mechanics simple derivation. And briefly discusses fluid dynamics equations based on the following simulation to do the groundwork. Overview abrasive slurry electromagnetic theory and mechanics simple derivation.Thridly,clarify the abrasive slurry flow channel of electromagnetic boosting device design requirements, flow channel parameterized design.Fourth,useing Fluent software for different structural shapes runner of abrasive slurry electromagnetic boosting device to numerical simulation.Combined with computational fluid dynamics,rectangular pipes is the best rectangular pipes.In this paper, the mai content is flow path of abrasive electromagnetic boosting device parametric design, and using Fluent to numerical simulation. It is a comprehensive comparison of the three groups runner performance, By making validating model of boosting device to verify the technical feasibility, lay the foundation for further projects research.
