Railway transport is faster than trucks and have more lower cost than air transport,it undertake Many large and medium-sized heavy-load.The efficiency is relation with the parts of railway,if the rail is nice,the stability of the railway transportation will be improved correspondingly, increase the transportation speed,and extend the service life,the money used to change rail can be saved largely.Therefore,the railway transportation efficiency is closely related to the performance of the steel rail.Increasing the speed is show our strength of railway transportation to the word, but high speed can aggravate the rail wear, the question of how to provide a smooth and safe transportation task in harsh conditions should be taken more care.As a material researcher, we want to create new ways to improve the material performance.Our researchers study on laser bionic coupling technology for a long time, and has made some achievements.By laser processing,keep the original material composition,the hardness of soft and white new organization is higher.We find that bionic fatigue wear performance of the sample change with the cross section morphology and structure of the elements,the morphology and structure of the unit is affected by the parameters of laser processing, laser frequency, current, pulse width, etc.The martensite has stronger ability to resist plastic deformation, can hinder the expansion of the fatigue crack.This article main research the depth of unit to the wear resistance of sample.Firstly, prepare 11 groups of different laser parameters, obtain 11 kinds of unit cell.Keeping the load,then wear resistance is better with the unit bodydepth.The width change is controlled in the range of 5% can explain the influence of depth,discuss he wear resistance and related arrangement.Different depth combination sample is benefit to resisting deformation, when the middle depth is shallower, there will show bigger deformation when the load heavier.When two unit depth is 140 mm has the best ability to resist deformation.Thirdly,prepare sample of three kinds of depth pattern,if the difference of depth is too big have no benefit to resist deformation because the most shallow unit undertake more load and can’t resist deformation in the area of substrate and the unit body will show worse fatigue damage.Two kinds of combination of bionic pattern’s ability is the best one,three depth combination sample is better than single depth,untreated sample is the worst.
