Recently acyl thioureas and 1,3,4-thiadiazols derivatives are widely studied and used in the green pesticide fields in order to find out novel pesticide lead compounds for their good biological activities. 1-Methyl-cyclohexyl acid as the important intermediate of fungicide Fenhexamid was used as main group to synthesis three serious of acylthiourea and amide compounds from the substituted aniline or amine or hydrazide. Totally 58 novel target compounds were obtained. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. The biological activities of these compounds were evaluated. The main contents in this research are listed as follows:1. Acyl isothiocyanate were obtained with 1-methylcyclohexane, KSCN and CO as raw materials by carboxylate reaction, chlorination reaction. Then 24 acylthioureas were synthesized from acyl isothiocyanate and substituted amines or anilines.2.18 5-substitued-2-amine-1,3,4-thiadiazols were obtained by using substituted acids and thiosemicarbazide, and then 18 acylthioureas contain 1,3,4-thiadizols were obtained by condensation between acyl isothiocyanate and 5-substitued-2-amine-1,3,4-thiadiazols.3. The corresponding esters were obtained by reaction with substituted phenols and ClCH2COOEt, and then hydrazinolysized to acylhydrazines, and then 8 acylthioureas were obtained through condensation with acyl isothiocyanate. At last, the target compounds were obtained by cyclization reaction of acylthioureas in acidic conditions.4. The target compounds were confirmed by IR, MS and initially tested biological activity, and their structure-activity relationship was studied.
