The Study Of Electric Control Permanent Magnet Sucker Controller

Due to its well performance on strong suction,high safety,energy saving, electric control permanent magnetic chuck is widely used in the fields such as mechanical manufacture, mechanical lifting, mold manufacturing, and obtain fruitful achievements in these fields.This article takes this opportunity to carry out the study of electric control permanent magnet chuck controller in the laboratory.This article put electricity control permanent-magnetic chuck compared with other means of clamping, analyzing the structure of the magnet and the influencing factors of sucker suction.According to analysis of magnetic effect of electric current, ferromagnetic medium magnetization, magnetic lines distribution of a working sucker, it suggests the working principle of electric control permanent magnetic chuck. On this basis, this article designs the electric control permanent-magnetic chuck based on AT89C2051 single-chip microcomputer control system. The control system hardware circuit design and debugging were completed, containing the magnetization and demagnetization switching circuit、mechanical control interface circuit、voltage zero crossing detection circuit、load testing circuit、over-current detection circuit. According to design the program of load testing、voltage zero crossing detection and drive, it illustrates the software program design train of thought.Combining with the knowledge of electromagnetism, this article analyzes calculation and optimization problems of magnetization and demagnetization pulse amplitude. And experiment determine the number of pulse, implementing the various functions of the controller at the same time.
