In sheet deep-drawing,blank-holder force is an important control parameter,and directly affect the parts and process of forming.If the blank-holder force is too large,the fluidity of flange area is restrained,and tends to rupture.On the contrary,the slab is weakened to a constrained in thick,and is increasingly wrinkling trend.In sheet deep-drawing forming,the blank-holder method and related technology has been one of the hot spots and difficult problems.According to the advantages of electric control permanent magnet technology and the characteristics of blank-holder force loading way in deep-drawing process,the electric control permanent magnet technology is applied in blank-holder force control method in the deep-drawing process,being expected to improve the existing deep-drawing process significantly.In order to verify the feasibility of this method,analyses the principle of electric control permanent magnet technology,the influence law of electromagnetic field and electromagnetic field coupling,and researches the deep-drawing mould of blank-holder method and process in electric control permanent magnet technology.So,for example,for deep-drawing forming of the non ferromagnetic materials,conducts a preliminary experiment on sheet deep-drawing to verify the feasibility of electric control permanent magnet pressure method.Firstly,according to electromagnetic theory,researches the working principle and magnetic circuit characteristics of electronically controlled permanent magnetic chuck,establishing formulas of magnetic attraction force in theory,and designing the electronically controlled permanent magnetic chuck that applied in deep-drawing process.Secondly,ANSYS software is used to electromagnetic field coupling finite element analysis is carried out.The magnetic attraction force is optimized in changing the size of the parts.The results show that in the case of staying the same of magnetic materials models and the overall size of the chuck,the height of AlNiCo and NdFe B is 22 mm and 20 mm respectively,the maximum exciting current is 150 A,which can achieve the largest magnetic attraction force is 156.06 N/cm2.When input current is-9.2A,magnetic attraction force dropped to 1.22 N/cm2.Thirdly,the electric control permanent magnet blank-holder force control method is recommended.Designs the deep-drawing mould of this new blank-holder force control method,and introduces the advantages of the new method.Eventually,making experiment proof the feasibility Under the existing conditions.The experimental materials select H62 and Al6022,its size is 50 mm,55mm and 60 mm respectively.Sheet needs about 2000 N in blank-holder force,because of the sheet's size is small.When changing the experimental conditions,it is good to increasing forming limit.According to above analysis and experiment,some conclusions can be got: it is feasibility that electric control permanent magnetic chuck blank-holder force control method is applied to sheet deep drawing.
