The Study On Coordinated Development Between Land Use And Ecological Environment In Tianjin City

Tianjin is a city has a large population and a high-speed development of economy. With the increasing intensity of land use, there is more and more pressure on the ecological environment in the meantime. The coordinated development between land use and ecological environment is very important to the sustainable development of Tianjin. Based on the study of related domestic and foreign literatures, this paper analyzed the relationship between land use and ecological environment. According to the actual situation of Tianjin, selected the evaluation indexes to build the coordinated development model to calculate the degree of coordinated development of Tianjin from 2004 to 2014. By using the GM (1,1) model to predict coordinated development degree in 5 years(2015-2019). In addition, for a more comprehensive study of the relative level of coordinated development of Tianjin, this paper also carried out a horizontal comparative study with Beijing and cities in Hebei province.The results show that:The coordination degree of Tianjin City increased first and then decreased slightly.Since 2006 the coordination degree has been maintained above 0.8. In general, the coordination degree is at a high level.The coordinated development degree on the whole shows a growth trend, the coordinated development type is changing from low level to high level. In addition, according to the GM (1,1) model prediction, the coordinated development degree of Tianjin City has a trend of increasing year by year. By comparison of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei different cities in 2013, the coordinate development of Tianjin City is at a high level, just behind Beijing in the second place.According to the coordinated development situation of Tianjin City, puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:Strengthen environmental protection publicity to raise awareness of environmental protection;Perfect the land use planning, further promote the economical and intensive land use;Strengthen the comprehensive management of the environment, improve the ecological compensation mechanism;Relying on scientific and technological innovation, develop circular economy.
