A Study On The Coordinated Development Between Land Use And Ecological Environment And Demonstration In Fujian Province

Land resource is the major component of natural resources, also is the important foundational resources for development of society. Land use is accompanied by the emergence of human appearance, and with the development of human activities, the range and degree of land use are expanding. While enhancing social benefits of land use, the unreasonable land use leads to problems, including over consumption of resources, environment pollution, contradictory of person and land, and so on. The regional ecological environment seems more and more sensitive and fragile. The lower eco-environment quality is a deterrent to efficiency of land use, and makes it more obvious. Therefore, the question that how to handle the relationship between land use and ecological environment is turning into a social hot issue, which has attracted great concern of the society.The article based on the land use and ecological environment coordinated development, combined with theories such as sustainable development theory, synergy science theory, systems theory and ecological environment capacity theory, and take Fujian province as study unit, the article establishes the evaluation model of land use and ecological environment coordinated development, and combines the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis in order to discusses and research the degree of coordinated development:in the time series, calculate and analysis the degree of land use and ecological environment coordinated development in the Fujian province from2001to2009. Application of GM (1,1) Model in forecasting the trend of development. In the space dimension,9cities in Fujian province were chosen as research objects, calculate its the degree of land use and ecological environment coordinated development, and analyses its spatial differences of coordinated development degree.9cities could be divided into three types by its standard. By using the technical method of GIS, we can make the picture of changes of gravity center on land use and ecological environment coordinated development in Fujian province. According to the different land-use patterns and actual environmental condition between the different areas, based on the degree of Land use and Ecological environment coordinated development, a hierarchical cluster analysis was performed on9cities. The article discussed different strategy and divided the Fujian province into four intuitionally spatial distributions of evaluation units, and gave the different regional development strategies for the units.
