Study On The Problems And Strategies Of Rural Living Garbage Collection And Disposal

With the acceleration of China’s economic development and the process of urbanization, the problem of rural living garbage is becoming increasingly prominent.Influenced by dual system of the urban and rural areas,industry has received more attention than agriculture, rural living garbage has not been attached great importance to the relevant departments.Although the local government has taken some measures and made it better to a certain degree, the current situation is still not optimistic.Consequently,It is imperative to analysize the problem affecting the level of the rural living garbage collection and disposal,then take some specific measures to achieve reduction, recycling and harmless in the critical period of new rural construction.Firstly,we describes the rural living garbage collection and disposal,t problems which including the background, purpose, significance and the present research status from home and abroad. Then summarize the representative views of many scholars and research methods to determine the research ideas by referring to a large number of relevant literature.Next,define the concepts and analysize the characteristics of he rural living garbage in this paper.At the same time,specify the research content which is based on the theory of the Public goods, the Externality and the Sustainable development.Then,apply the comprehensive qualitative analysis on the current situation of the collection and disposal of he rural living garbage in China and Select index, set the weight, and make a detailed evaluation to the influencing factors by Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It is worth mentioning that we use the questionnaire survey method to make an empirical research and quantitative evaluation to collection and disposal of the he rural living garbage in this paper.And analysize specificly the problems and the reasons in the process of the rural living garbage collection and disposal in China,such as extensive collection mode, inadequate sanitation infrastructure, single and backward disposal approach,low level of resources harmless,etc.Last,we propose effective strategies to solve the problems for the preceding analysis,according to classify the collection, expand the source of funds, improve the level of science and technology, promote the collection and disposal mode, etc. We hope make a useful contribution to the development of rural living garbage collection and disposal business in our country by adopting of the research results of the paper.
