Capillary electrophoresis is a new separation technology, that possesses attractive advantages such as high separation efficiency, simple sample preparation, fast analysis speed and so on. Therefore capillary electrophoresis are widely used in pharmaceutical, food and environmental monitoring in recently years. The ionic liquids are green solvents having low vapor pressure, low toxicity, hardly volatile, wide temperature range and good physical chemical properties. Because of the special physical chemical properties, ionic liquids has been widely applied in capillary electrophoresis field. Three kinds of calcium ion antagonist, Amlodipine Besylate, Lercanidipine and Nimodipine, are usually used to treat high boold pressure and the enantiomers of these medicine have different function in human body. Therefore, to establish separation methods of drug enantiomers is of practical significance. According to the above theories, capillary electrophoresis methods were established to separation enantiomers in this thesis. On the one hand, associate with using carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin and chiral selector as buffer additive to separate Amlodipine Besylate, Lercanidipine enantiomers studied by capillary electrophoresis. Establish a method to separate Amlodipine Besylate and Lercanidipine enantiomers and study the influence of chiral ionic liquids as a buffer additive on resolution. By studying the impact of a series experimental parameters on the two degrees of separation, obtained of Amlodipine Besylate and Lercanidipine enantiomers optimal electrophoresis conditions. Experimental results show that the addition of chiral ionic liquids acid amlodipine isolated lercanidipine enantiomers have a larger role in promoting. On the other hand, combined with carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin and ionic liquid choline tetrafluoroborate as buffer additive, we studied the ionic liquid as a buffer additive to separate Amlodipine Besylate, Lercanidipine and Nimodipine three kinds of calcium ion antagonist enantiomers. By investigated the effect of experimental parameters on separation, the optimal electrophoresis conditions of choline tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid to separation of calcium ion antagonist enantiomer were obtained. Experimental results show that the addition of ionic liquid could achieve calcium ion antagonist enantiomer baseline separation and played an importance role in buffer. This study ionic liquids calcium ion antagonist enantiomers and other chiral drugs for enantiomes separation application are provided in basic reference value and potential applications. In recent years, detection and separation of food additives become more and more attention. In order to chieve base separation and save experiment time, the Peakmaster software was used to simulate electrophoresis conditions such as the buffer composition and concentration, pH value and separation voltage of phenylalanine, cinnamic acid, sorbic acid, ascorbic acid and benzoic acid. Based on the simulative date, six food additives that include phenylalanine, methyl paraben, cinnamic acid, potassium sorbate, ascorbic acid and benzoic acid were separation by capillary electrophoresis method on baseline. The results show that the capillary electrophoresis method for simultaneous separation and detection of food additives is practicable and with a more broad application prospects.
