A lot of exploitation of coal resources has led to many environmental problems, For example:water-destruction、pollution vegetation damage, etc. Status of mining subsidence and environment are investigated, Nest, This paper analyzes the status of water quality. Prediction model of coal mining subsidence area is established by analysising Mining case and observed data, Nest, Collapse range of Guqiao mine is obtained in 2020. Ecological governance of unsteady subsidence area is proposed based on Surface damage levels and land use Information by spatial analysis function of GIS. Research results are very meaningful for other unsteady coal mining subsidence area. Specific results are as follows:(1) Improved forecasting model of probability integral method is established by observed subsidence and subsiding area based on analysising mining face of Guqiao mine in 2000-2020. Guqiao mine subsidence area were 14.59km2、15.58km2、16.39km2、17.16km2、17.62km2 in 2016-2020.(2) Forecast result of probability integral method is analyzed by analysis function of GIS, Then, Location map of Guqiao mine subsidence range is obtained by sensing figure of 2012 of Guqiao mine. The results show that subsidence area extended to the southwest and the rate of increase is declining.(3) Through analyzing 23 sampling points of water area of Guqiao Mining Subsidence, The results show that there is no heavy metal pollution and organic pollution. In all samples, 70%of the water quality reaches II class or III Class, and water quality in good condition; 30%of the water quality reaches IV class or V class, and water quality need to improve by implement effective measures.(4) According to surface damage levels, the study area was divided into four regions; Reasonable ecological management models are proposed based on subsidence situation of each region.
