In my country,the iron and steel industry is the basic industry and the lifeblood of the national economic development.The metallurgical industry is a typical high-energy-consuming industry.Therefore,energy conservation and emission reduction,reduction of energy and raw material consumption,and reduction of pollution and emissions are of obvious importance and urgency to ensure the sustainable development of my country's economy and improve the economic and social benefits of the metallurgical industry.Now in the metallurgical industry,especially when measuring temperature in a vacuum furnace,platinum-rhodium thermocouples are used for manual measurement.Generally,only one or two measurements are taken during the smelting process.Since the thermocouples will be burnt in an instant,it is not only costly and safe.The performance is poor,the temperature measurement points are few,the representativeness of temperature measurement is poor,and the end point hit rate is low,the raw material consumption is large,and the product quality is poor.There is an urgent need to achieve energy saving and emission reduction,reduce raw material consumption,reduce production costs,and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises through technological progress.In order to achieve the above goals,it is necessary to implement non-contact online detection of temperature.As the basis in metallurgical production,it is of great significance to obtain the temperature information of the measured target quickly and accurately.This dissertation mainly focuses on the optical path system,the ash shielding system,the circuit structure and so on.The infrared temperature measurement method is innovated,and the optical path structure and the ash shielding structure are designed according to the actual working conditions on site.The least squares algorithm is used to correct the measurement results,which improves the stability and accuracy of the measurement results.Finally,combined with the actual needs of the site,a complete set of vacuum furnace temperature measurement system including temperature measurement device,host computer,LED display screen was developed.After tracking the long-term data on site,it was finally determined that the measurement results met the process requirements and achieved the expected goals.At present,the corresponding infrared temperature measurement equipment in China has a certain gap with foreign products in terms of measurement accuracy,temperature measurement range and dynamic performance.The current application mostly relies on imports.Although it has achieved short-term economic benefits,it is not conducive to the long-term industry.develop.Therefore,the research on the non-contact on-line temperature measurement technology in the metallurgical industry has great economic and social benefits.
