The characteristic of grain-oriented silicon steel is complex manufacturing process and equipment, strict composition control, low impurity content requirements, lengthy manufacturing process and many influence factors. Therefore, the product quality is not only often thought to be the measure of a country’s special steel manufacturing technology level of important symbol, but also grain-oriented silicon steel acquire the laudatory name of “art productsâ€. Goss texture mainly exist in the general grain- oriented silicon steel, perform high magnetic properties in rolling direction. Cubic texture silicon steel perform high magnetic properties both in vertical and parallel directions. Doubled oriented electrical steel can fully meet the class transformer core servicing to the specific requirements of the mutually vertical magnetic circuit. it is a target for people to research and explore its development and industrial production for a long time, due to the doubled oriented electrical steel excellent properties. In this paper, cold rolling and atmosphere annealing treatments are performed on the oriented silicon steel in laboratory condition. The mechanism of cubic texture is investigated.The 30AQ130 CGO hot rolled plate samples are prepared. Normalization, cold rolling and atmosphere annealing is carried under laboratory conditions, Using EBSD technology detect texture. Effects of four different atmosphere heat treatments for hot rolled plate and Cross rolling as well as two different high temperature annealing atmosphere on texture evolution are studied and the cubic texture silicon steel plated with 0.3 mm thickness is obtained.From hot rolling to Cross rolling, the types of texture changed from {001}<110> to {111}<112> to {111}<110>, and then become {100}<001> after cold rolling. During the recrystallization process, the cube texture disappear first and then gradually increase. To the research of 30AQ130 atmosphere annealing, find that the grain size grow up when increase the content of hydrogen gas, while, the α fiber texture enhance and γ fiber texture become weakened. After two different high temperature annealing, eventually geting the cubic texture, and after hydrogen atmosphere annealing cubic texture enhance. |
