As an important performance magnetic alloy, electrical steel is widely used in electricity power, electronic industry. With the development of society, the demand for electrical steel is increasing. The general grain-oriented silicon iron is also known as single oriented electrical steel. Through secondary recrystallization, the general grain-oriented silicon iron achieve Goss texture. Nowadays, double oriented electrical steels perform high magnetic induction intensity through vertical direction and parallel direction without further processing. Thus, if we use it as a transformer core material, can effectively simplify the process, and can significantly reduce energy consumption. Therefore, we studied the structure and texture of oriented silicon steel in-process measurement, especially the mechanism of cubic texture in electrical steel is worthy to investigate.The samples CGO oriented electrical steel of hot rolled plate named 30AQ130.Under laboratory conditions for comparing the two groups of 30AQ130 were carried out the experiment, whether the style of difference between the two groups after normalization. For each stage in the process of the machining process of the analysis and research of the structure and texture, it is concluded that normalizing process to the effect of cube texture formation in oriented silicon steel. Finally got the cubic texture as the main orientation, the thickness of 0.38 mm doubly oriented electrical steel.The results showed that: normalizing process makes the grain interior and grain boundary separate out the Al N and Fe3C, ε-carbides, in the process of cold rolling deformation is small. Normalizing process to decarburizing annealing process for the primary recrystallization inhibition effect, to promote the high temperature annealing of secondary recrystallization. Grain growth at the same time, in the process of final annealing, the phenomenon of the increase in the numble of Σ7 characteristic grain boundary and Σ3 characteristic grain boundary to reduce, is advantageous to the texture of {112}<1 (?)> and {112}<(?)(?)> to cubic texture, finally form for sharp cubic texture.In order to obtain double oriented electrical Steels, the experiment processes show as following: the plates normalizing at 1050℃ for 10 min, furnace cooling to 950℃for 3min, boiling water colding, acid picking. The thickness plates of 0.756 mm are achieved in 4 times cold rolling under 20%N2+80%H2 atmosphere and 900℃ for10 min annealing. After then, the thickness plates of 0.38 mm are obtained under1150℃×10h annealing in the SK2-2-12 tube furnace with 2 times cold rolling.
