With the rapid development of steel industry in China, the growing demand for ironmaking raw materials, and revealed the price rising, the steel market in winter.According to the need of the steel market, further reduce the cost is still the only way for iron and steel enterprise survival. Using economic burden structure, is the current company achieve low-cost smelting.Under cost pressure, the Laiwu steel blast furnace gradually with eating cheap ore.The ore grade is low, the harmful elements.Entered since 2013, according to company requirements, Laiwu branch for iron ore of Sierra leone.Although have greater price advantage, but the Al2O3 content is higher, resulting in Al2O3 in blast furnace slag is 17%- 20%.Al2O3 content in slag is high liquidity and stability of the slag will be less, easy cause bond and hearth furnace wall accumulation, destroy the normal process of the blast furnace smelting, bring a series of problems of blast furnace operation.In order to solve this a series of problems, and improve the stability of the blast furnace condition, Laiwu branch iron mill of high aluminium smelting practice.Through the analysis of blast furnace slag online research, combined with the performance of the furnace condition, to explore the suitable system of blast furnace operation, and formulated a series of measures to make the blast furnace condition stable anterograde and achieved good economic and technical index.
