With the gradual development of organic synthesis technology and the deeping of the coumarin chemistry research. Coumarin and its derivatives has been got wideapread concern of chemical workers, because they have a wide range of application in the pharmaceutical, spices,dyes, analysis, pesticide and other fields.This paper describes that coumarin was considered as the object of study, which works on synthesis method of coumarin derivatives modified by heterocyclic.Firstly, we describe the efficient and high selectivity procedure for the synthesis of coumarino[4,3-b]quinolines using p-Ts OH catalysed intramolecular Povarov reaction between4-arylaminocoumarins and aromatic aldehydes has been developed.Secondly, we describe a simple and efficient three-component synthesis method of highly functionalized quinoline fused coumarinss(coumarino[4,3-b]tetrahydroquinoline) was accomplished using aromatic aldehyde, 4-aminocoumarin and 1,3-cyclohexadione.Finally, we describe a series of [1,5]naphthyridin[3,2-b]coumarin derivatives were synthesised via a three-component condensation of 4-aminocoumarin, aromatic aldehydes and3-aminopyridine, under simple mild reaction conditions.The structures of all compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR,1H-NMR spectrum and 13C-NMR spectrum.
