Agricultural resource is the necessary condition and material base for human survival and development. Developing and utilizing agricultural resource in a rational way is the important goal for development in modern agriculture. Animal husbandry is an important part of agriculture. And utilizing animal husbandry in an irrational way will restrict the sustainable development of slaughtering industry.Wastewater from livestock slaughter house is a very typical and high concentration of wastewater. It has the water-quality characteristics of "three high" : high ammonia concentration, high concentration of organic matter, high suspended solids concentration,accounting for about 6% of the country’s industrial wastewater emissions. Without effective treatment, Wastewater from livestock slaughter house will be discharged directly, which will have a serious impact on the water environment. Due to the enhancement of the environmental protection consciousness, people has paid more and more attention on treatment of wastewater from slaughter and meat processingBased on collection and analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign technical documents about treatment process for wastewater from slaughterhouse, this article did a detailed investigation from four aspects: the status quo of wastewater emissions, water quality of wastewater, emission standard, the technical development and research situation of wastewater treatment. According to the features of “Three High” for wastewater from slaughter house, this article proposed an idea that ABR, SBR and contact oxidation combined treatment processes wastewater from pig slaughter house by the comparative analysis of various treatments. Compared with traditional treatment, the creativity of this treatment is making ABR radiator controlled in the stage of hydrolysis and acidification.In this project, designed water:5000m3/d, waste water quality: pH=6.5 ~7.5,BOD5=750 ~ 1000 mg/L, SS=750 ~ 1000 mg/L, CODcr=1500 ~ 2000 mg/L,NH3-N=50 ~ 150 mg/L, wastewater treatment process: Slaughtering Wastewater' Thick Grille' Catch basins' Hydraulic fine grid' ABR acid hydrolysis pool' SBR pool'Intermediate pool ' Contact oxidation pond ' Contacting sedimentation tank ' Reuse pool(disinfection pool)'Effluent, Sludge treatment process:Sludge'Sludge thickener'Belt filter press dewatering ' Final treatment and disposal. According to the relevant literature and design specifications, Select the reasonable design parameters, completion of each major equipment selection and design of structures. The pig slaughtering wastewater after the treatment process and effluent, witch reaches Guangdong local standards:《Water pollutant discharge limits》(DB44/26-2001)second period A standard(BOD5≤20 mg/L,SS≤60 mg/L, CODcr≤70 mg/L, NH3-N≤10 mg/L, Coliform≤3000 a/L). In this slaughter wastewater treatment system, total cost of sewage treatment is 1. 05 yuan / ton water, Total cost of sludge treatment is 0. 68 yuan / ton water. It’s a Stable and reliable process, good Treatment effect, Lower operating costs, and high economic efficiency.There has several key in this design. First of all, to complete the various structures construction plans of slaughter wastewater treatment process. Then, to draw Process equipment installation drawing, it includes a resilient filler layout and installation drawing.At last, to arrange aeration system and draw installation drawing.
