Commercial gas stove is widely used in schools, institutions, hotels, restaurants and other major dining place for its large thermal load. Some problems exist in the commercial gas stove currently:inadequate combustion, low combustion efficiency and flue gas highly contents of harmful gas, like CO, which pollutes the environment; low thermal efficiency, generally not more than 35% lower energy efficiency; Most of them need the fans which are very noisy, especially in the kitchen and other small space. For a long-time using, it would endanger the health of the operator. In order to effectively solving the above problems, developing a new type of ejector premix of energy saving commercial gas stove is of great urgency. The paper is mainly to study the optimization of new gas stove finite volume method for numerical simulation analysis and thermal experiments to confirm the reasonableness of its design. And it’s intended to find ways to improve the efficiency of commercial gas stove to make them more energy saving ideas and methods. The detail is shown below.The subject has put forward a new types of premixed and combustion structure after analyzing the disadvantages of traditional commercial gas stove, from which starting the structure, in connection with the basic principles of combustion, combined with results of previous studies. By using full-premixed combustion, design premix burners and premix efficient ejector. According to the usual commercial gas stove power 22kW, designed length of 428mm, premix chamber diameter is 48mm, the best single-nozzle gas pressure 77.55kPa of premix ejector, on this basis, developed a reasonable and practical energy saving commercial gas stove.According the factors of ejectors, the analysis of different conditions in cold state simulations were carried out and in the best conditions, hot state simulations were performed. Cold state simulations analyzed under different ejector pressure within the fluid ejector pressure field, velocity field, verify the feasibility of the theory of design conditions.Thermal simulation analyzes the content of the pressure field, velocity field, temperature field and the main component of the new flue gas stove in the theoretical design conditions of the gas air mixture. It is about 2100K in the center of new commercial gas stove, combustibles and oxygen from flue gas concentrations are substantially 0, to achieve complete combustion. Through simulation, verification of the new premix ejector type commercial gas stove reasonable.Under the experimental conditions, the ejector different experimental conditions cold testing, performance comparison test, the experimental results of thermal efficiency, exhaust characteristics of new gas stove and gas stove and other traditional display, ejector in the design conditions the best performance, the average thermal efficiency of new gas stove up to 46%, flue gas CO content 50-100ppm; the average thermal efficiency of conventional gas stoves only 36% flue gas CO content of up to 6000ppm. New commercial gas stove has higher thermal efficiency than traditional gas stoves, and fewer harmful emissions. In ensuring its higher thermal efficiency than traditional gas stove, new gas stove removes fan, reducing power consumption while significantly reducing noise pollution.From the simulation and experimental results, the optimized designed commercial gas stove works best in the gas pressure 77.55kPa operating conditions, to good effect premixed combustion efficiency, high thermal efficiency and less harmful emissions, energy saving and environmental double effect.
