In China, the commercial fuel gas stoves are widely used in schools, hotels, institution units and so on each big dining places.At present, although commercial gas stove in markets has big heat load, but the stove fire pot fuel gas combustion efficiency as well as its own thermal efficiency are all very low, It also burns noxious gas CO, NOx etc. Which have varying degree pollution to the environment. In order to effectively reduce energy consumption and pollution problems. Based on the conventional commercial gas stove this paper submit a new type of energy-saving, efficient and environmentally friendly gas stove, then comparative analysis of two gas stoves on CFD numerical simulation, as well as hot-state experiment research. The purpose is to find out a kind of new method which can effectively improve the security,high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection of gas stove to meet the requirements the use of gas stoves in different populations.The topic first embarks from the traditional fuel gas stove structure, gives up the sole heat transfer structure idea, proposed one kind of new multistage heat transfer idea, Transformation of burning stove, added fan shaped ceramic plate, installing flue gas heat exchangers and for the rehabilitation of fire pot internal structure, then analysis and comparison of properties and structure of the traditional gas stoves, finally designs one kind of reasonable artistic highly effective energy conservation environmental protection fuel gas stove model, makes the thermal efficiency (35%) to enhance 40%again in the original foundation.In the course of numerical analysis on gas stove model the first step is to establish the correlation model, then carried on the grid division, finally establishes the governing equation, and application software fluent carried on the value computation, through assigned the different boundary condition to two kind of different models to carry on 3 kind of operating modes the simulation analyses. The cold condition simulation mainly analyzed is about under the full load the fluid pressure field, the velocity field, the density field observed under the different structure and the operating mode the fluid mobile situation. The thermal state simulation has mainly analyzed under two kind of structure three kind of different operating modes the fuel gas air gaseous mixture in the stove chest cavity and in the rear part flue pressure field, the velocity field, the temperature field as well as the fuel-gas water and the oxygen content. Through analyzes the most superior fuel gas stove model and the best burning operating mode, finally obtains air speed of flow 30m/s, fuel gas speed of flow 6m/s, and installs the haze afterheat heat interchanger the new fuel gas stove burning effect to be best.Under the actual exploitation conditions, carried on the thermal state performance contrast test of the new fuel gas stove and the traditional fuel gas stove. The findings indicated the new fuel gas stove the average thermal efficiency may reach 60%, in the emissions fuel-gas CO density is 100-300ppm; But the traditional stove thermal efficiency only then 35%~40%, in the emissions fuel-gas the CO density reaches as high as 6000ppm.May see from the data display, the new fuel gas stove thermal efficiency is higher than the traditional fuel gas stove far, but discharges in the fuel-gas the CO density by far to be lower than the traditional fuel gas stove actually, thus confirmed this kind of commercial fuel gas stove has saves the energy and the protection environment dual effects.
