Monosodium glutamate (MSG) wastewater is a kind of organic industrial wastewater.It in high concentration with high CODcr, BOD5, NH3-N, SS and low pH value. It also contains many kinds of amino acids. Generally, the treatment process of MSG wastewater is hard to meet the national industrial wastewater emission standards, and the treatment cost is very high. Studying the comprehensive utilization of MSG wastewater is have great significance for the sustainable development of MSG industry.This study adopts the single factor experiment and response surface analysis to discuss optimum condition of preparing of MSG compound amino acid chelated zinc. From single factor experiment, getting preliminary technological conditions:pH value of 7.5, the reaction temperature is 60 ℃, the complex ratio of the amino acid to zinc is approximately 2.’1, the reaction time is 1h. On the basis of single factor experimental results,combined with the response surface method to optimize the reaction conditions, get the multivariate regression equation prediction, the optimum condition of preparing of MSG compound amino acid chelated zinc is pH value of 7.76, the reaction temperature is 61.05℃, the complex ratio of the amino acid to zinc is approximately 2.19’.1, reaction yield was 80.36%. According to the optimum preparation conditions, the actual reaction yield was 79.83%.Use ethanol to separate and purify the chelated product. Use dithizone and ninhydrin to test it. Na2S precipitation prove chelate product has generated from the aspect of the chemical reaction; Ultraviolet spectrometry measured MSG absorption peak appears at 198 nm, chelate product absorption wavelength is 201 nm, chelate product characteristic absorption peak wavelength redshift, shows that the synthesis of new materials; Infrared spectra show that because of zinc ions to attract coordination group electron cloud, make the electron cloud migration to the center zinc ion, make carboxyl on amino acids absorption peaks redshift to 1409.6 cm-1, amino asymmetric variable Angle of absorption peak shift to 2962.7 cm -1.In 809.0 cm -1 and 650.2 cm -1 appear strong Zn-N and Zn-O stretching vibration peak, that can fully show synthesized compound amino acid chelated zinc products; SEM images show that the chelate product and monosodium glutamate apparent morphology are obviously different, and the thermal analysis for chelate product, through the analysis of TG and DSC curve proves the chelate product generation.MSG compound amino acid chelated zinc as raw materials, to study the effects of scavenging free radicals.the experiment shows that it has higher clearance of HPPD free radicals and hydroxyl radicals, MSG compound amino acid chelated zinc has a certain active resistance. Research on perennial ryegrass seed germination effect about zinc sulfate inorganic salt, monosodium glutamate, and monosodium glutamate compound zinc amino acid chelate. The experimental results show that monosodium glutamate compound zinc amino acid chelate play an obvious role in promoting perennial ryegrass germination, germination rate is 96%, germination energy index is 82% GI is 127.97, Ⅵ is 0.83.
