Thin pieces has been widely used in the aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding and other industries.But its rigidity is relatively low, at coupling clamping scheme, milling force, milling heat and other factors.The workpiece will have a greater machining distortion,seriously affecting the machining accuracy of the workpiece.It will play an important theoretical and practical value to construction of a reasonable fixture layout optimization system.In this paper,the aluminum alloy 6061 thin part are investigated.Selection of 2-process milling experiments and finite element simulation method. Comprehensive analysis of deformation of the workpiece milling factors. Research on the variation of the milling process at different positions of the clamping force,And further improve the clamping of milling distortion compensation method. Design and development of optimized based on milling deformation compensation clamping system layout.Research on the causes under way point support clamping plate 2-process milling distortion.Analyzed the variation of 2-process milling process of the clamping force. Designed to 2-process milling simulation model based on finite element simulation of ABAQUS,Simulation and Analysis of the law to produce surface residual stress.As well as the workpiece-tool contact area of the stress distribution as machining process.And received final surface morphology of the processed workpiece.Using semi-elastic contact model creating two-dimensional, three-dimensional finite element model of the pre-curved method,By means of univariate multi-level and multi-level multi-factor experiments pre-bending amount of the pre-curved clamping compensation under estimate calculation model and its arguments,And use it designed to of the pre-curved system.Designed the fixture layout optimization objective genetic algorithm,Constructing of the CAD, ABAQUS finite element simulation, MATLAB integrated system, Achieve the design of fixture layout optimization based on deformation compensation.Designed to the optimization system’s structure of capabilities and flow chart based on clamping arrangement of deformation compensation,a method for clamping deformation compensation system was designed, which selected secondary development technology and combined parametric design ideas of UG NX software platform based on C# language and ACCESS database. Then this paper established a framework for system design and operation processes, explained the concrete implementation flow of system menus, interfaces, databases and modules, designed the specific content of the system and completed the design of the system.
