Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of science and technology and manufacturing industry in constant development, CGM300 special CNC tool grinding machine is going to be more important production equipment in the field of mechanical production. CNC machine tool products manufactured as a basic tool, in the production of manufacturing field has been widely used. With the increasing of the CNC machine tool data, for the automatic control of CNC machine tools become one of the hot topics, how to use computer technology of CNC machine tools of automation control is hotspot of experts from all walks of life research. In this paper, the CGM300 special CNC tool grinding machine automation control system for research.In this paper, the author tries to build a CGM300 special tool numerical control grinding machine automation control system, includes the following subsystems, namely: electrical control subsystem, power supply equipment and control subsystem, equipment running status monitoring subsystem and grinding control subsystem and so on. Firstly the grinding machine automation control system of the research background, research status and electrical drive control based were introduced. The demand of the system are analyzed, according to the system’s main functions are analyzed; for the design of the system, the system composition, system architecture are discussed in this paper; implementation and test of the system is discussed in this paper, from the point of view of the results of the test, system is running stable to the user’s requirements. Finally the research are summarized.The system is designed and implemented on QNX multi task operating system as the operating environment.After the testing of the system, the results show that the system with perfect function, simple operation, friendly interfaceto meet the functional requirements of the users, which can be consigned to the uers. It is expected that the research of this system can provide a scientific basis for the research of CNC tool grinding machine automation control system in the future.
