With the rapid development of the national economy, water resources have been increasingly serious pollution, the pollution of wastewater management is imminent. With the improvement of environmental awareness at the same time, the adsorption technology as a kind of low input, high efficiency, environmental friendly, and many other advantages of processing technology. At present, the preparation of activated carbon adsorption farming waste by using waste water technology is now a hot spot. This thesis with corn straw activated carbon as adsorbent, with NaOH as modified activated carbon material, corn stalk with phenol as the representative organic adsorbate, through the laboratory static adsorption experiment, inspected the modified corn stover before and after activated carbon adsorption of phenol in waste water simulation, and the removal mechanism were discussed. The main research contents and results are as follows:1. Through the design of three factors, four levels modification conditions, the maize straw modified activated carbon, select the best modified maize straw under the condition of activated carbon, to study the adsorption of phenol, the highest removal rate can be increased by 20% or more.2. Through the different activated carbon adsorption time, temperature, pH and corn stover, the dosage of phenol initial concentration conditions, such as corn straw activated carbon on phenol removal efficiency of wastewater before and after modification. Within the scope of the study, as the extension of adsorption time of adsorption rate from increasing to balance; The rise of temperature is not conducive to the adsorption efficiency; In acidic and neutral condition is advantageous to the maize straw activated carbon adsorption of phenol; Different dosage of activated carbon and initial concentration of phenol can be calculated after the modification of corn stalk the maximum number of saturated adsorption activated carbon is 19.51 mg/g.3. Through to the maize straw activated carbon adsorption isothermal process and dynamics, Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm fitting results show that corn straw activated carbon adsorption type more accord with the Freundlich adsorption of phenol; Shows that the surface of the activated carbon structure complex for non-uniform surface, n > 1, in the Freundlich equation parameters shows that modified corn stover before and after activated carbon adsorption of phenol easier; Quasi kinetics of primary and secondary linear fitting after contrast, dynamics equation of quasi secondary degree is high, agreement with the experimental data were greater than 0.98, shows that the model is suitable for the adsorption rate of control mechanism in the process of analysis, to provide reliable design parameters from the experiment to the actual application information. In this paper, the maize straw activated carbon were characterized before and after modification, the modification of corn straw increased its specific surface area activated carbon to a certain extent; Change the structure of aperture, increased the maize straw of microporous activated carbon and the number of holes; Change the surface functional groups, adds a certain amount of oxygen containing functional groups. Maize straw charcoal the three aspects of change, is the corn stover reasons for the increase in the effect of activated carbon adsorption of phenol. The isothermal of maize straw activated carbon adsorption of phenol and research into the dynamics of the practical application provides some reliable design parameter information.
