Coal mine disasters has been a hot topic in the coal industry, with the development of the world economy and increasing demand for energy, countries around the world to the coal mine mining speed on the sharp rise, mining range in spreading, in the coal mining is still not fully mechanized, efficiency will inevitably reduce the safety factor in the process of mining. At the same time, with increasing the complexity of the geological conditions of coal mining, not only increase the difficulty of exploitation, but also increase the risk of coal mining, some known and unknown geological factors continue to threaten the safety production of the coal mine.Coal mine water inrush accident is one of the important factors that affect the safe mining of coal mine, and the direct or indirect economic losses caused by the coal mine accident in China and even in the world every year. Water inrush is ferocious, underground drainage system to flood once formed, incapable of action, the consequences be unbearable to contemplate. But with other coal mining accidents, water inrush accidents, although happen quickly, but before the water inrush will have many symptoms, such as coal mine water gushing water temperature, flow rate, pH value and conductivity of water quality parameters will be obvious even drastic changes with change of gushing water sources, according to these changes, we can preliminary judgment of mine inrush water change. On the basis of this paper through a more effective and accurate method of laser induced fluorescence technique was used to detect the source of water inrush, through the analysis of the fluorescence spectra of the water can not only predict of mine water inrush changes, at the same time also can accurately judge the type of water source, coal mine water inrush early-warning system to provide more reliable data analysis at the same time,improve the system of early warning ability.In this paper, a set of early warning system of water inrush in coal mine is set up, which includes the water quality parameters of water inrush source and the collection of fluorescence spectrum, the network transmission of data, and the analysis and treatment of the data. Through the establishment of expert database method to classify the water source fluorescence spectrum, and finally get the results of processing, saving the system analysis time, improve the system’s real-time performance, so that the early warning system is more secure and reliable.
