Coal resources in the energy structure of our country is very high, the development and utilization of coal resources related to the development of the national economy. China’s coal resources are abundant, but the coal mining on the ecological environment caused a great impact on the destruction. Coal resources mining brings people rich material wealth, but also to a certain extent, the destruction of the natural ecological environment, especially in the mining area of the most serious ground subsidence.The thesis first analyzes major influencing factors of the use of D-InSAR to monitorsurface deformation such as temporal decorrelation, spatial decorrelation, volumedecorrelation and phase error, atmospheric delay error, the satellite’s orbit error, DEM errorand high phase gradient based on the discussion of the basic theory D-InSAR and InSAR.Then, GAMMA software, the differential interferometry processing software used in thethesis is introduced. The process and key steps of differential interferometry processingaccording to conventional D-InSAR two-pass method are also introduced.This paper collects 9 Scene RADARSAT-2 radar image data. Through D-InSAR differential interferometric processing process, obtained 11 November 2012 to December 2012,2013 to December 2013 and 2014 February 2014 March,2015 April 2015 may and may 2015 2015 December in Huaibei mining area of a mine 5 surface subsidence distribution map. Secondly, the D-InSAR measurement results are introduced into the GIS to do post-processing overlay analysis of a mine in Huaibei mining area under the control chart and D-InSAR final results of the surface subsidence map, in order to profile, contour map for visual display. Through a few results verify each other. The results showed that D-InSAR measurements results can be recognition in Huaibei mining area of a coal mine subsidence area distribution, and mining subsidence and subsidence range and Inoue Shita control chart are basically consistent, settlement location and scope as underground mining continued in the constantly changing. The maximum settlement obtained by 36mm/35d is D-InSAR. D-InSAR technology combined with GIS technology to monitor the coal mine area ground subsidence is an effective and rapid method, which can meet the needs of the sustainable development of coal mine area.
