With the development of electromagnetic water treatment technology,Circumvolute electronic pulse water treatment system(CEPWT system)has been widely applied.Although the system has shown a good effect of scale removal and scale inhibition in solving the scale problems of industrial water and daily water,the effect of alternating electromagnetic field and magnetic vibration that generated by the excitation coil will affect the corrosion mechanism of the conducting magnetic flow pipeline.Until now,there have been less reports on the influence of the alternating electromagnetic filed and magnetic vibration on the corrosion mechanism of the conducting magnetic flow pipeline.The main purpose of this research is to explore the corrosion mechanism of cast iron under the effect of alternating electromagnetic field and magnetic vibration,and to determine the key factors affecting the corrosion of cast iron,so as to provide a theoretical basis for alleviating or inhibiting the corrosion damage caused by Circumvolute electronic pulse water treatment technology in practical applications.In this dissertation,cast iron was selected as the research object.Based on the situation of cast iron pipe corrosion in application,the control variables are the existence of alternating electromagnetic field and magnetic vibration,the hardness of water and the frequency of alternating electromagnetic field under the same hardness condition.The corrosion mechanism of cast iron in deionized water under the action of alternating electromagnetic field and magnetic vibration,the corrosion mechanism of cast iron in hard water under the action of alternating electromagnetic field and magnetic vibration and the influence of frequency variation of alternating electromagnetic field on the corrosion process of cast iron was studied by parallel control experiment.In the experiment,the corrosion rate of cast iron was studied by measuring the dissolved oxygen concentration,pH value and iron release in the corrosion solution;the phase composition of the outer layer and inner layer corrosion products of cast iron was analyzed by XRD;the crystal structure of the outer layer and inner layer corrosion products and the corrosion morphology of the surface of cast iron matrix were observed bySEM.Based on the detection and characterization of several characteristic parameters,combined with corrosion and electrochemical theory,the comprehensive and systematic analysis of corrosion mechanism is realized.
