ECM is a special processing method which electrochemical anodic dissolution in an electrolyte through the metal forming the workpiece, with the use of a wide range of materials, processing rate, good surface quality, no cutting force, tool cathode lossless etc. It can be used for processing thin-walled, volatility and other parts processing. But also for the electrolysis process, there are some problems to be solved, for example, when processing small gap electrolyte updates and product discharge difficulties, low precision, limited its application in industrial production.Combined with insufficient electrochemical machining small gap exists, the use of vibrating feeders to improve the working gap conditions, to improve the precision and stability. To this end we present a linear motor constructed electrochemical machining vibration feed system approach to study the vibration feed electrochemical machining device structure, its performance is analyzed, developed a vibration feed electrochemical machining apparatus final processing tests on the effects of the application of the vibrating feeder apparatus verified. The main contents are as follows:First, the basic theory of electrochemical machining, forming factors affecting the accuracy and stability of the electrolysis process were analyzed, discussed the impact of vibration feed processing methods for processing, analyzing vibration feed principle and its machining gap internal electrolysis products exclude the influence of electrolyte and updates.Secondly, the linear motor as a driving member driven directly carried out the structural design vibration system, introduces the selection process to calculate the vibration system architecture design and main components; vibration system design performance test, get better vibration performance; the use of the device after the completion of commissioning of different parameters vibrational motion.Finally, vibrating feeders electrolysis process were studied vibration amplitude and frequency accuracy and stability of the process of law.The actual test results show that the main indicators of the vibration frequency of the vibration device, positioning accuracy, thrust, etc. to meet the expected design requirements; its use in microscale sewing parts processing group in the show that the vibration device can be realized in electrochemical machining vibrating feeder to its operating parameters (amplitude, frequency) can be freely adjusted to help improve the flow field state electrochemical machining tiny gap and promote exclusion and product update processing region of the electrolyte to improve the machining accuracy.
