In coal mine production, the inclined shaft hoisting transportation play a vital role in whole mine transportation system. It is sometimes used to deliver various underground workers, in addition to undertaking the transportation task of coal, coal gangue and all kinds of machinery equipment. The previous inclined car accident caused a large number of casualties and its severity cannot be ignored. So the inclined transportation well have a profound effect on the coal mine safety production. In order to prevent such accidents and ensure the safety of life and property, inclined car guards is often installed on inclined roadway. Study on domestic car guards mainly stay in the purely mechanical and electromechanical joint control. The fixed block which the hindered device is open in a preset fixed point is still studied for purely mechanical car guards. Due to the need of human intervention and slowly reaction, it often not achieves the desired effect. Electromechanical joint control based on digital control is much better than purely mechanical car guards, but there are still some shortcomings such as imperfect design, high misoperation, poor anti-interference ability, inconvenient maintenance and so on. Based on this, industrial production has put forward higher requirements for the transportation of slope monitoring system.In order to achieve the automation visualization and intelligence of protection device of inclined shaft runaway car, PLC control system which is the field control core is designed with existing car door device based on of N:n network. The system can achieve the "slope of a three block, and its structure is more secure. In order to real-time control the field conditions, MCGS configuration software as upper computer is used for building visual monitoring system. The main contents are as follows:According to the functional requirements of the inclined shaft runaway car protective device, PLC control program is written. The master station PLC is used as the core device, and other slave station PLCs are responsible for controlling the output of each block car column and data acquisition. Coordination of master PLC and the slave PLC realize the normal operation of inclined car door device.Upper computer system of inclined shaft runaway car monitoring system is written by MCGS configuration software with PLC as the field controller, Logic control and real-time monitoring of working device operation process is realized by building monitoring interface, creating a control variable, and communicating with lower computer.Upper computer monitoring system and PLC control system is texted by using protective device model. Feasibility and stability of the system is examined. Through the production of protection device for inclined shaft runaway car model of the host computer monitoring system and PLC control system experimental debugging, inspection system of feasibility and stability. The results show that the design system can stably realize function of "on the road", "traffic," mine car / monkey car "and fault detection and alarm.
