Through the effective monitoring of various parameters of the underground power grid,the power monitoring and control system of the coal mine can realize the protection of the electric current,such as leakage,over current,under voltage and so on.It is a necessary means to ensure the safety of underground production and staff.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to build a perfect coal mine power monitoring and control system,to provide a stable supply of electricity.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature,this paper points out the existing problems and development trend of underground power monitoring and control system.In view of the current problems in the system,this paper presents a design of a multi communication interface and anti-interference power monitoring system of coal mine power.The system design includes the realization of background management system of mine monitoring substation ARM design and ground monitoring based on host;theoretical research on underground leakage fault transient recognition model based on SOFM neural network.First of all,the system function is analyzed,and the theoretical research of the fault protection method of underground,fault causes and detection methods are analyzed and adopted for the protection project,analyzes the leakage fault of mine.The transient process of leakage fault is studied.The principle of SOFM neural network is analyzed.Then,design the monitoring substation on the basis of theoretical research.In this paper,the design of monitoring: The design of hardware,the main controller used is based on the 32 bit ARM Cortex-M3 core STM32F103 RB,compared to the general ARM processor,greatly improves the performance of the system,and the design of communication interface,improve the compatibility of substation.In software design,the real-time operating system ?COS-II is used to set the task priority,which greatly improves the real-time performance of emergency transfer.After the completion of the physical design,the communication debugging and theerror analysis of protection value are also carried out.Finally,on the basis of the design of the power monitoring substation,the Visual C++ is used to design the background management of the monitoring host.Through the configuration software,the interface of the background management interface of the monitoring host computer is operated.The upper computer management software can be used for remote control of the underground protection parameters,remote control of the protection options,monitoring of underground real-time information.In the early warning module,the SOFM neural network is used to identify the leakage fault.
