Ecological system is the foundation of human survival, with the rapid development of social economy, the use of natural resources is more focused on its direct economic value, but people often ignore the value of ecosystem itself that providing basis environment for human survival, which lead to overuse and destruction of the natural environment. This paper selects Wuan as the study area, with 2005, 2010, 2014 as the target years, based on the theory of the equivalence factor method, to estimate and correct Wuan ecosystem services value of target years in two areas,which are the scale of the county and economic development, and then combined with GIS, to establish the ecosystem service value distribution adjustment system in season, and analysis on the distribution and change of ecosystem services value in Wuan city in the year 2014 of time and space. Coming to a conclusion as follows:(1)Accounting for the value of ecosystem services in 2005, 2010 and 2014. Based on the theory of the equivalence factor method, economic development adjustment indices balanced the relationship among the social development, economic development and ecological environmental value, and that may adjust obviously to the correction of Wuan ecosystem service value. Ecosystem service value of the target years are 1.2427873 billion yuan, 1.2348212 billion yuan and 1.2427873 billion yuan respectively, the development trend is increasing slightly after falling on the whole.(2)Ecosystem service value in different types and ecosystem services. According to the types of land use in Wuan, the highest ecosystem service value is the woodland, which accounted for two-thirds of the total ecosystem service value of the city, followed by water and land, and the construction of the ecosystem service value is negative. In the ecosystem service types, hydrological adjusting function value is the highest, followed by the climate regulation, the highest service type of ecosystem service value in the target years is the hydrological regulation, followed by climate regulation, and respectively, accounting for the total ecosystem services value of 31% and 16%. The supply of water resources is negative, and the negative direction is similar to the climate regulation.(3) Time and spatial distribution of ecosystem services value in years. The time and spatial distribution of Wuan ecosystem services value embodies the characteristics of its time and spatial heterogeneity, and it mainly concentrated in the northwest and drainage area, low value area mainly concentrated in the central areas of the city and surrounding construction land area, the spatial distribution of different service types are quite different, but mainly distributed comparatively unanimous in the ecosystem services.It shows the development trend to the wider spatial distribution of ecosystem service value and the more uniform of distribution of value gradually. The gap between the maximum and minimum values is reduced.(4)Time and spatial distribution of ecosystem services value in seasons. The seasonal distribution of ecosystem service value is: summer > autumn > spring > winter. The change of summer ecosystem service value is most obvious, the value distribution of the forest gathering area and the area of rivers is more concentrated, and the value of ecosystem services was the highest,high and low values of the spatial distribution position of the rest three seasons is basically the same, with slightly different sensitivity, performance as autumn > spring > winter.The results of this paper can be used as an important basis for future urban planning and management to make scientific decisions, and provide data to support for the balanced healthy and sustainable development of our urban.
