The electrical network structure is closely related to the big issues such as safe and good quality and economical operation. The reasonable electrical network structure is the material foundation to ensue the safe and stable operation, therefore, the task of power grid planning is to guarantee the designed power grid reach the safety and stability criteria of the national regulation and to make power grid planning economical and reasonable,it is suitable to the changes of the system working mode and is good for the following development of the power grid at the same time. Power grid planning not only achieves electrical power system self economic rationality, but also achieves saving loads of capital construction fund, ensure national economy sustainable development and gain the most economic and social benefit. This paper collected historical data from the working sections in Tarim Oilfield power grid, using scientific prediction technique to analyze and forecast the load capacity in each section of the Tarim Oilfield power grid, using the result of the predicted applied load to scheme the Tarim Oilfield power grid.In order to prove the govern effect in each section by using planning scheme, reliability and adaptability evaluation in each working section according to the planning scheme, checking calculation in power flow、N-1 check、short circuit current and reactive power compensation voltage adjustment. The results show the quality of the voltage can be effective assured, all parameters are in the safe area.By using Tarim Oilfield power grid planning, the power distribution reliablility of North Tarim Oilfield,Central Tarim Oilfield, Tarim Petrochemical is enhanced, it also provides strong support for safety in production in oilfield.
