Shijiazhuang Recycling Chemical Industry Park(hereinafter referred to as Chemical Industry Park)is the first batch of provincial-level industrial agglomeration and recycling economy demonstration area in Hebei Province and one of the pilot projects of new urbanization in Shijiazhuang.With the development and construction of the chemical park,various economic and social indicators are developing rapidly,and the load of electricity continues to rise.At the same time,the planning and construction of the park's power grid lags behind.In order to meet the needs of the future development of the park and meet the power demand of the settled enterprises,it is necessary to conduct a scientific layout of the power facilities in the park.Therefore,the research on the power grid planning of the recycling chemical park in Shijiazhuang has important theoretical and practical values.This paper first describes the background and the purpose and significance of the study,describes in detail the development of power grid planning theory and introduces the location and economic development of the park briefly;Secondly,using the theory of spatial load forecasting and the natural growth of large users The paper predicts the saturated load and year-by-year load of the park separately and forecasts the park's electricity consumption by using a variety of prediction methods.Thirdly,according to the result of space load forecast,it plans the distribution of the substation in the park.Then,the economic and social development The situation and the status quo of the power grid are analyzed in detail.The existing problems of the power grid are summarized,and the current situation is taken as the guide for the planning grid.In particular,the closed-loop operation of the 10 kV power grid in the park is analyzed and studied,and the maximum power supply capacity.And analyze the planning effectiveness;Finally,according to the park power grid planning put forward relevant proposals.
