Established in 1999, Daqing-Harbin Pipeline took up the responsibilities of the transport of crude oil from Daqing to Harbin. Due to the increased transmission amount of Mo-Da line in China Russia crude oil pipeline,100×104 t/a Russian crude oil need transport through Daqing-Harbin Pipeline. In 2014, Daqing-Harbin Pipeline was modified according to this new requirement.In Auguest of the same year, the modified Daqing-Harbin Pipeline was putting into operation. With the length of 199.73 km,diameter Phi 377×6.4mm,and laying in underground 1.5m,Daqing-Harbin Pipeline is transported by the closed pressurization heating method.In the current stage, the operation mode of Daqing-Harbin is formulated according to the experience of the transmission of the crude oil. It saved a certain space for the consupmtion of both the electric energy and fuel oil.Therefore, in order to reduce the cost and improve the economic efficiency of the oil pipeline, it has important practical significance to optimize the pipeline operation scheme.Based on the analysis of the mixed oil and the operation of the new pipeline, the mathematical model, complied with the characteristics of the Daqing-Harbin pipeline was established, and the corresponding thermodynamic, hydraulic and energy-consuming calculation was carried out. Taking advantage of the least squares method, it reduces the deviation of theoretical calculation and actual data andimproves the accuracy of calculation effectively.We establish the Daqing-Harbin pipeline simulation parameters and operational optimization mathematical model. The objective function is to lower the transportation cost of the overall Daqing-Harbin. The decision variable is the combination of the oil temperature and pump running. After modeling,it is found that the model contains discrete variables and continuous variables,so it is needed to use dynamic programming to solve the problem.After the analysis of the corresponding basic analysis, we build up the mathematical modeling, and then simulate the analysis result through the computer software. In this paper,through the use of C++ Builder software platform, we could work out the software to simulate the operation of Daqing-Harbin line and optimize the production process. Compared with the previous scheme, it will gain the good economic benefits, with more than the annual Two million oil transportation cost savings.
