The purpose of this study was to design a set of cryogenic device to solve the daqing oil field south(area) two, four, five oil production company because of device maintenance and downtime, natural gas treatment plant capacity shortage problem. Design model selection of south eight cryogenic device, and USES the expander and the propane auxiliary refrigeration process principle, can achieve higher refrigeration depth, have certain flexibility to adapt to the changes in gas composition, supercooled liquid reflux process at the same time, increase the efficiency of the light hydrocarbon, make the top off methane area deviating from the generation of solid CO2 conditions as much as possible. Cryogenic demethanizer separation equipment adopts structured corrugated packing with high elastic liquid distributor, to adapt to the load fluctuation. Cryogenic heat transfer using the plate-fin heat exchanger, than using common tube type heat exchanger in 4 ~ 7 times higher thermal efficiency, covers an area of only 1/5 ~ 1/10 of tubular heat exchanger, and reduce the engineering investment. Cooling with air cooling technology, saving energy and water consumption. Compressor outlet cooling after using air cooling water cooling scheme, reduce the load of the molecular sieve dehydration. Air cooler fan regulation adopts frequency control of motor speed, save electricity, and adapt to climate change and is helpful to control stability.South 11 sets of a total of eight cryogenic device control system, mainly adopts OPTO22 DCS system, control system TS3000 compressor, propane auxiliary equipment such as machine, heat conduction oil furnace adopts PLC control system, and is equipped with ESD emergency shutdown system and FGS internal heat, the factory security protection, feed gas and products gas measured using 813 system.Device is applied before, southern oil field caused by a lack of device processing capacity, the system not enough ability to adjust gas moisture and cause a lot of gas vent, emptying volume up to 3911 x 104 m3, accounting for 4.5% moisture production. Cryogenic rate is only 70% moisture, the associated gas of about 50000 tons of light hydrocarbon resources has not been effective recycling. After the device is applied, it can greatly reduce gas vent, to adapt to the new period \"energy conservation and emissions reduction requirements. Improve the south associated gas device, low operation efficiency, lower yield of light hydrocarbon, at the same time can be south cryogenic rate up to 84%. Improve the daqing oil field in southern moisture sets gas, gas system and dry gas transmission pipeline network, improve the oil fields in southern moisture adjustable gas and dry gas transmission reliability and flexibility.
