An unit operation combined vertical well and horizontal well, which is mainly based on horizontal wells, can solve the problems of low single well production, complex relationship between oil and water and high challenge in development efficiency, etc. which exposed in development on Putaohua Oil Layer of peripheral oilfield. But with the extension of development time,the complexity of seepage characteristics of horizontal wells and the particularity of oil reservoir, gradually exposed the stable production time is short, the production decline rapidly; the water cut will rise rapidly once water breakthrough, formation pressure depletes, etc. Therefore, in order to improve the development effect of the horizontal well area,develop a Suitable for horizontal well development and adjustment technology, it is of great significance to improve the development effect and economic benefit of horizontal well. This paper studies as follows:First, on the basis of the work done, combined with the knowledge of structure and reservoir, 3-D geological model and numerical simulation mode are established, description of remaining oil. In order to accurately describe the remaining oil, we have a quantitative description of the remaining oil in each small layer. according to the distribution law of remaining oil and reserves abundance distribution rules, the remaining oil type area is divided into the following categories, include: fault controlled residual oil, residual oil formed by plane interference, uncontrollable well pattern type.Secondly, evaluate the effect of horizontal well development and the influence of production factors on productivity of horizontal well is studied, the judgement of the water layer in the horizontal well is discussed. The paper establishes a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of development effect,in this system, the evaluation index system of horizontal well development effect is mainly included initial daily oil production, the increase of production with the surrounding vertical well, decline rate, later daily production, the rate of increase of production with the surrounding vertical well, water flooding control length, injection-production ratio, the controlling degree of resource these eight criterias, these criterias are combined as initial condition of horizontal well, stable production condition of horizontal well, efficiency characteristics of water injection in horizontal wells and reserves control of horizontal well four major categories; Numerical simulation of single factor in horizontal well, combined with gray relational theory, determines the influence of different factors on the productivity of horizontal well; By using the numerical simulation combined with the detection results of the tracer, determines the judgment method of the horizontal well.Thirdly, establish a comprehensive adjustment scheme for horizontal wells in this area. According to the evaluation results of water injection well, combined with the distribution characteristics of remaining oil and its origin, formed a comprehensive adjustment method from the production system to the production measures; According to the results of analysis of horizontal wells, Combined with the formation of the remaining oil, a comprehensive adjustment of the pressure from the production to the production system is formed; Establish two-phase adjustment plan and forecast the development effect.
