Abstract/Summary:
Due to the present fired brick tunnel kiln firing process control technology is still backward, and many enterprises still rely on human experience, according to the color through the flame holes, formed firing temperature curve in the brain in order to determine whether to change the fan speed and whether to invest coal or not and other operations, which depends on the condition of artificial experience. These cause product quality fluctuations, high coal consumption, low product quality and yield of the current situation, and it is difficult to play the efficiency of tunnel kiln advanced technology. The strength, water absorption, frost resistance and pass rate of finished tile are determined by the raw materials. Controlling the sintering temperature brick temperature to fit the desired temperature curve fired brick, has a crucial influence on the quality of the finished brick, if the temperature is low, resulting in raw brick, collapse blank, and the temperature is high causing burnt brick, becoming the focal brick. Not only a waste of fuel, increasing environmental pollution, but also reduce the rate of qualified products, and the stabilization and optimization of the production process is difficult to achieve, and it is difficult to ensure the qualification of finished products, saving energy. Therefore, to design an optimal control system of fired brick tunnel kiln based on DCS (distributed control system) production process, to achieve automatic detection, storage and control of the parameters of fired brick tunnel kiln process, and automatically give the optimal firing temperature curve according to the changes in production conditions, which is important to improve the yield and quality of the finished bricks, reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution.After analyzing the fired brick tunnel kiln production process, this paper presented an optimal control system development of fired brick tunnel kiln based on DCS production process. There are following disadvantages:first, according to the production process requirements, design a tunnel kiln DCS system based on Siemens S7-300,to complete the complete the selection of equipment, low-voltage distribution cabinet design, DCS field control station program development and debugging, operator station monitoring program development and debugging; secondly, establishing the prediction model of brick tunnel kiln by the modified extreme learning machine based on ant colony optimization algorithm parallel simulated annealing algorithm, realized the real-time prediction of product; finally, applying the case-based reasoning for optimal control of working condition, and using the subjective and objective method to strike its properties weight in case retrieval, also verify the reliability of prediction and optimization model by simulation.In the process industry automation platform developed the optimal control system development of fired brick tunnel kiln based on DCS production process to verify. Verified the effectiveness of the optimize method of fired brick tunnel DCS.
