In recent years, due to the gradual depletion of conventional crude oil, heavy oil development and use of more and more people’s attention, many researchers to carry out research methods to improve and enhance heavy oil recovery, including such as SAGD, steam drive, steam stimulation, ISC and other forms of thermal recovery,cold production, using microorganisms to different types of methods for extracting oil,mining and other chemical methods. Liaohe Oilfield Du 66 heavy as the research object of the article, the downhole conditions in thermal recovery process used is CWYF-Ⅰ-type high temperature high pressure reactor to simulate carried out in upgrading heavy oil viscosity reduction many indoor simulation experiments were conducted, the results show the impact of heavy water at a high temperature,ultra-dispersed catalyst and clay minerals contributing factors, developed a low-cost,ultra-efficient catalyst dispersion, to determine the use of recipes and conditions;reveal under the conditions of thermal recovery of heavy oil upgrading catalyst dispersion viscosity over mechanism.The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal process conditions were: the mineral quality fraction of oil layer was 15%, the catalyst mass fraction was0.3%, the amount of water was 50%, the reaction time was 36 h,and the viscosity reduction rate was 83.36%.Through the analysis of catalytic modified stick before and after the reaction of heavy oil in the IR drop found, dehydration decarboxylation and not mainly by whether the addition of ultra dispersed catalyst; and under the action of catalyst,amount of asphaltene structure not only the major changes, and in the reaction can shun Lisheng alkane soluble.In the modified viscosity reduction reaction stage, ultra dispersing the principle of catalyst mainly is: through a chemical reaction to generate the adsorption bond,change fragmentation pathway of molecular hydrogen, the reactant molecules activated at the same time, reduce the activation energy, and shorten the hydrogenation reaction time, promoting C-C bond cleavage, to further enhance the heavy oil for hydrogen conversion rate.
