In order to improve productivity and product quality, reduce labor cost, power tools have been widely used in the production and daily life. However, with the awareness on environmental and health protection, vibration and noise problems in the power tools operation process receives more and more attention. The hand-held circular saw vibration can cause people headaches, tinnitus, distraction and other symptoms, even cause Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, joint surface wear, bone micro-cracking etc. In addition, vibration reduce the dynamic cutting precision and performance, damage insulation and structure, even cause an electric shock, seriously threat to people’s safety and security. Therefore, there is significant theoretical value and practical value to study the power tool vibration problems. The paper will focus on:high power circular saw vibration characteristics analysis and structural parameter optimization design.After the internal and external research about circular saw investigation, focus on the current problems, got study points of this article, they are high-power electric circular saw vibration characteristics analysis, mathematical modeling, simulation design and calculation in an example.Through the circular saw vibration characteristics analysis, article point out that the vibrations of circular saw mainly include rotor rotation vibration, gear meshing vibration and vibration caused by high-speed rotation of saw blade. Circular saw rotor vibration usually due to structural and manufacturing process problem that the deviation is unavoidable between rotor theory center axis and actual rotation axis. Gear vibration mainly caused by machining errors, assembly errors, tooth wear and tooth deformation under meshing force. While, circular saw blade vibration caused by the period collision pulse incentive between bland tooth and workpiece.Base on the vibration characteristics analysis of circular saw, combining the mathematical modeling and FEA analysis, circular saw vibration sources are studied. Critical speed and work frequency are calculated; modal analysis is made to get natural frequency and natural vibration mode. Plus the work frequency of rotation parts in circular saw, built circular saw resonance verification and optimization model. In order to use and double check the model, article give an example and make the calculation with widely used 235 circular saw in the market. By the way of calculation, the feasibility and usability of the optimization model about high power circular saw is approved.The main innovation points:(1) Refer to the high power electric circular saw problem, base on the key components vibration analysis, include rotor, gear and circular saw blade, constructed the vibration model for high power circular saw, provide a theoretical basis for circular saw structure design.(2) Combined the natural frequency and work frequency of circular saw, create a circular saw resonance zone diagram, provide a verification and optimization method for circular saw structure design in early product development phase...
