Graphene is a six element ring honeycomb-like layer two-dimensional plane material,which comprised of SP2 hybrid carbon atoms and its thickness is only one carbon atom. It is one of the most thin materials found in nature. The unique structural characteristics gives it a lot of excellent performance, such as excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties and thermal properties. In recent years, a lot of research works on the graphene materials have been launched. As raw material, graphene can be fabricated to zero-dimensional graphene quantum dots,one-dimensional graphene fiber material, two-dimensional graphene thin film materials and three-dimensional porous graphene materials. Such diversitified materials only possess the excellent performance of graphene itself,but also have their own new functional characteristics,which expand the application of graphene materials in the actual production and life. This thesis includes three main parts:Firstly, we prepared giant graphene oxide(GGO) materials by improved Hummers method, and the properties of the prepared graphene were characterized and studied.Secondly,we take the lamellar graphite oxide graphene aqueous solution as spinning solution,and innovative use ionic liquid or p-phenylenediamine as coagulant to prepare graphene oxide fiber through wet spinning method. And the properties of the fiber were studied, followed by using certain method to reduce the fiber, the reduced fibers have high specific capacitance and good cycle life. The application value of the reduced fibers as the electrode material for all solid state micro super capacitor is explored..Finally, alcohol solution of aniline was applide as a new kind coagulant, lamellar graphite oxide graphene aqueous solution as spinning solution to prepare graphene oxide fiber through wet spinning method. In the process of drying, the gel fibers were mechanically stretched by a simple method. In this method, the GO layer along the fiber axis can obtain a higher orientation and arrangement more closely along the radial, which can significantly enhance the mechanical properties of the fiber, high performance oriented graphene oxide fiber are prepared.
