| Composite material because of its light weight, high specific strength and specific stiffness, design ability of composites mechanical properties, etc are widely used in aerospace, medical care, automobile manufacturing and many other fields. As the forming energy-absorbing composite; the application of carbon fiber composite thin-walled circular tube is the most widespread. The mechanical property of composite thin-walled circular tube, under axial quasi-static compression loading, is correlated with fiber and resin types of specimens; form and size of triggering angle; the number and way of layer; the length of thin wall pipe, etc. The mechanical response of fiber composite thin-walled circular tube has been researched and optimized under axial quasi-static compression load based on the experiments and simulation method. The study investigates the peak compression force of composite thin-walled tube with different forms and angles of triggering angle under the axial quasi-static compression loading, and it researches the axial quasi-static compression failure form of carbon fiber composite thin-walled tube. Based on the research of single stage tub e, the paper investigates the three types of configuration forms of two-stage carbon fiber composite thin-walled tube. And then select the optimal arrangement form of double tube. With different inside and outside tube diameters, it researches the axial compressive force of double tube, under quasi-static compression loading. Afterwards, the compression force of double tube is researched under axial load and offset load compression force. In the last, using finite element simulation software, it makes the force change of displacement under the axial quasi-static compression loading compared experimental results with the simulation results of carbon fiber thin wall pipe to verify the accuracy of the simulation analysis of composite thin-walled circle tube. The experimental and numerical analysis results of composite thin-walled tube provide some technical support. Mean while, the conclusions have certain guiding significance and valuable reference for composite thin-walled tube selection in physical design. |
