Using tetrabutyl titanate as raw meteral and ethyl alcohol as solvent, acetic acid as paralyst to prepare TiO2 doped with rare metal Eu, transition metal ion Nickel single doped TiO2 and TiO2 doped with both Ni and Eu. Analyst and characterize the prepared TiO2 with XRD, SEM, XRF. Rhodamine B as the simulated wastewater degradation to figure the best calcination time, temperature input amount and doping amount which effects the photocatalytic effection of the catalystThe TiO2 doped with Eu coexistence of anatase and rutile phases, with the growth of the healing temperature, the amount of rutile grows and the crystallinity increases, crystal particle size becomes smaller. The Eu-TiO2 can obtain the best photocatalytic effection after healing 3 hours under 500℃ with 4%wt of Eu doping. Nickel ion doped TiO2 were anatase. The doped Nickel ion entered the Titanium dioxide crystal lattice. The crystal crystallinity grows when the amount of doping Nickel increase. Meanwhile the crystal particle size decrease. However, the Nickel dope TiO2 shows the best photocatalytic effection when the amount of doping Nickel is 3%wt, and the healing temperature is 500℃ after 4 hours. The high temperature is in favor of TiO2’s crystallize. Ni and Eu co-doped TiO2 were anatase, the doping with Eu restrains the Ni ion enter the TiO2 crystal lattice. Ni, Eu co-doped titanium dioxide can have the best photocatalytic effection when healing 4 hours under 500℃.After figuring the best preparation condition. In order to explore the feasibility of the application in industry, the wastewater from printing and dyeing factory was tested.
