Many faults of the oil submersible electric pump unit will cause the unit vibration too large, furthermore, the damage of the parts will be aggravated by vibration, a vicious circle is formed. Therefore, it is necessary to test the vibration state of the electromechanical pump unit in order to find the quality defect in time to ensure the qualified rate of the product. At present, in the submersible electric pump factory inspection, there is no equipment for vibration detection, therefore, it is necessary to develop test equipment for the factory inspection of oil submersible electric pump to meet the actual needs of production.A set of vibration testing device for oil submersible electric pump unit is designed and developed in this paper. The main works are as follows:(1) the overall scheme design of the multi spot vibration detection device of the electric pump unit is completed based on the CAN bus of industrial communication. The contents of each byte of the CAN bus communication data field are established by the CAN2.0B bus communication protocol are referred.(2) The design and fabrication of the hardware circuit of the downhole vibration detection module and the programming and debugging of the embedded control program are finished. Applied three-dimensional acceleration sensor to measure the vibration acceleration in real time is realized, and through the SPI bus will be sent to the MCU and then packaged to send to the CAN bus.(3) The design and process of the fixed fixture for the downhole vibration detection module is completed. The vibration detection module can be fixed on the surface of the four big pieces of the electric pump with an outer diameter less than 143mm(including), and the vibration detection module can be reused, and the fast fixing and inserting connection can be realized.(4) The software program of the host computer is developed to detect the vibration data. The basic settings of CAN bus communication, real-time display of the data list, the three-dimensional data curves of the multiple vibration measurement modules and the preservation of historical data are included in the program functions.(5) The testing and debugging of the whole test device and the field test are accomplished, and the corresponding test curve and vibration data are obtained.In this paper, the vibration testing device of oil submersible electric pump unit is designed, which can measure the vibration of several key parts of the test well. Compared with the traditional parallel measurement methods, the advantages as follows:(1) Three axis acceleration sensor can be used to meet the needs of the vibration test of the electric pump simulation test well, and it can also be used in the level of the overseas inspection and repairstation.(2) The CAN industrial bus serial communication mode is adopted to realize the real time measurement of the vibration of the unit, the speed is fast, and the communication is reliable.(3) Independent development of the PC monitoring and processing software, the curve data real-time display and record keeping functions are realized. Through the field and laboratory tests, the study of electric submersible pump vibration testing device can run effectively, hardware and software design is reasonable.
