In recent years,with the gradual improvement of human requirements for oil extraction,submersible electric pumps are more and more widely used in oil fields.In order to monitor their working conditions in real time to improve oil extraction efficiency and system reliability,this paper The pump well surface control system and signal transmission system analyze and process the multi-parameter measurement results,and discover system failures in time to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the entire system and reduce its production and maintenance costs.In this paper,the multi-parameter detection and signal transmission system of the submersible electric pump well is studied in detail,the measurement method of the reference current in the downhole multi-parameter acquisition circuit is developed,and the measurement of the system leakage current at the ground three-phase cable armor is completed;A microcontroller STM32F103VET6 based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core is used to improve the surface control system of the submersible electric pump well;the power circuit designed on the main control board is powered by +24V to ±12 to supply the A/V conversion circuit of the multi-parameter current signal;24V to +5V circuit powers the TFT-LCD liquid crystal display,+5V to +3.3V powers the MCU and its peripheral circuits;the multi-parameter data measured by the system is processed by the A/V conversion circuit and transmitted to the ground MCU for a Series display,storage,alarm,etc.;TFT-LCD liquid crystal display is used to visually display the measured multi-parameter data;SD card is used to store a large amount of multi-parameter historical data;the developed relay drive circuit,its small signal relay prompts each System failures with parameters exceeding the threshold,high-power relays control the underground power supply;powering the underground monitoring system through the star point equipotential principle,and completing the technical research of each communication part of the system,respectively,the communication between the underground and the ground chassis: based on 4~20mA Analog current signal transmission;ground chassis and industrial computer communication: using RS-485 bus-based signal transmission;remote terminal communication: using SIM800C-based GPRS wireless data transmission.Through the interface and online test of the ground and downhole system,the temperature,pressure,vibration,reference current and leakage current signals measured by the system are transmitted to the surface control system in the form of 4-20 mA current loop,which can be accurately completed after MCU analysis and processing Simulation test of various parameters;realization of TFT-LCD liquid crystal screen to display current multi-parameter data;completion of downhole filter circuit simulation realization;theoretical analysis of system failure causes and reliability,and through component high-temperature screening and ground control system The PCB design of the circuit board is processed for reliability;the ground control system uses the measured value of the reference current to correct the multi-parameter measurement results,which improves the accuracy of the multi-parameter data and the reliability of the submersible electric pump system,making it stable for a long time Running.
