Recently, the phenomenon of toxic and hazardous substances remained in the packaging materials migrate into food and harm to human health has gradually been concerned by people. The study on plasticizer contents and the impact of migration in Packaging materials is more common in plastic packaging currently, In modern life, paper packaging and paper and other materials composite packaging accounted for a large proportion, so determine of food Paper Packaging content of plasticizer and research of migration characteristics have urgent practical significance. This paper has carried on the qualitative and quantitative analysis on the DEHP, DIBP,DBP of three plasticizer of 24 kinds of common food packaging. The paper determined Plasticizer concentration using four kinds of organic extraction reagent of n-hexane, ethyl acetate, anhydrous ethanol, acetone and extracts by the Ultrasonic extraction and the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer technology. It obtained the best temperature, time and the way of the extraction of these four different reagent. The method of detecting PAEs plasticizer and analyzed migration features of three kind of materials is determined.Through experiments comparison and analysis, The best extraction reagent of Phthalate plasticizers in paper packaging is ethyl acetate and the best way to extract is the combination of ultrasonic oscillation 30 min with vortex 3min. Ethyl acetate best temperature of the ultrasonic is 25℃, and the time of the optimum ultrasonic extraction is 90 min. Established the method of GC-MS analysis of PAEs in plasticizer in food. chromatography use of the DB-5MS quartz capillary column(30m * 0.32mm(inner diameter) * 0.25mm], the start of the column temperature is 80℃, then at 15℃/min up to 220℃, the final in 5℃ / min up to 280℃.The writer keeps the time at 2min, and the sample temperature at 265℃. Set high purity helium(purity 99.9999% or higher) carrier, sample quantity 1μL, flow rate of 1 ml/min. Mass spectrum qualitative select ion scanning mode(SIM), electron impact(EI) ionization source, energy 70 eV, solvent delay 3.5min, chromatography and mass spectrometry interface temperature is 285℃, Ion source temperature is 230℃. Based on the experimental environment and method, plasticizer is detected in 24 kinds of food packaging paper samples. The content of DEHP, DBP, DIBP is from 0.3350-211.0210mg/kg, 0.3448-519.9099mg/kg,0.2022-37.6788mg/kg. The linear relation inside the scope is good. The linear correlation coefficient were 0.9995、0.9996、0.9994. The average recovery of DEHP respectively is84.06%、86.38%、86.62%(n=3). Experiment shows the analysis method is simple, fast, and quantitative accuracy. And find that the content of plasticizer in printing samples is more than the content in the non-printing samples and plasticizer in film sample is more than the content in the non-film. Further use of iso-octane, milk as food simulants, the migration and change of3 kinds of PAEs plasticizer in food paper packaging were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The object one for laminating paper food packaging, determination of the amount of migration of plasticizers increased with isooctane immersion. The object two are pure paper packaging, and the migration of plasticizer is analyzed by using the concept of mobility. The result shows that with the migration the extension of time, the amount of plasticizer migration are increasing. This experiments was produced in the condition of 20℃and 40℃, 60℃and 80 ℃, which conclude the result that the migration amount increases with the increase of temperature. The research also shows that the shorter the time needs to move to the balance with the increase of temperature in a certain temperature range(< 100 ℃).Milk powder has good adsorption capability and higher migration trend as a simulated food material, but it will be modified under 100 ℃.
