In recent years, the Chinese wine market appeared many counterfeit and inferior wine, adding and migration of Phthalate Esters(PAEs) in Chinese wine events occur frequently, seriously affected the people's safety and health. Trace amounts of phthalate ester, which have estrogen effects thataffect the body's hormone levels, thereby interfering with the normal endocrine.Paper describes the background and significance of the raised subject, and discussed the research progress and status of phthalate esters detection method of domestic and international research status. Using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry(GC/MS) to analysis the PAEs. Points out the key technology problems of Chinese wine sample pretreatment, linear optimize and repeatability in daily analysis. The main work includes:(1) Based on the national standard method of Food PAEs determination, optimizing the structure and detection conditions of the Ion Source that the linear problem of the standard working curve in analysis is to be fixed. The correlation coefficients(R2) between 0.05-10mg/L are 0.9918-0.9999, and the detection limits of 15 PAEs are 1.0-4.0g/L.(2) Use the high v/v% Chinese wine as the detection object. The solvent extraction method is optimized to ensure the sample recover ies rate after pretreatment. Find the suitable extraction agents and extraction conditions of white wine sam ples were extracted, then using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry spectrometry(GC/MS) method for qualitative and quantitative analysis.(3) The mass spectrum detector gain automatic update algorithm is designed and used in batch sample running. Process the gain automatic update process in the batch sequence, that the effect of the detector gain is stable. The relative standard deviation(n=20) of the two kinds of phthalate esters in oneday and during daysanalysis are 1.22%-5.05% and 2.78%-5.34%. The recoveries of the sample are between 89.8%-104.4%.(4) With the application of the Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry through optimization of solvent extraction pretreatment methods of Chinese wine samples. Two or more type of phthalate esters were detected in five different samples and get their accurate quantitative results. The content of each phthalate esters are in 0.22-4.1mg/kg. The results showed that the risk is exists that Chinese winehas the pollutionby phthalate esterin daily drinking.
