Compilation of air pollutant emission inventories is an important basis and scientific basis for making air pollutant emission reduction plan, optimize the weather environment planning air quality standards and heavy pollution emergency plans. The establishment of the local air pollution source emission inventory in Yangzhou city has important practical significance for the atmospheric environmental monitoring and control of atmospheric pollution in Yangzhou. The analysis results are as follows:(1 Established the general principles of air pollution emission inventory and pollution source selection:using the method of assignment, according to the domestic and foreign researches, the pollutant category "ambient air quality standards", the existing environmental protection system, the preparation of technical guidelines of environmental air pollutants released by Ministry of Environmental and the local pollutants, regional and localized contamination range will be obtained; according to the domestic and foreign researches, "GB/T 16706-1996","the atmosphere pollution source control priority classification technology guide", the atmospheric pollution in preparation of technical guidelines, the classification characteristics of activity data in China’s statistical yearbook, the regional and local pollution sources in the classification of the national economy will be obtained. As Yangzhou for example, the pollution sources are identified as industrial sources, life sources, mobile sources, agricultural sources and other sources; the pollutants are SO2, PM10, PM2.5, CO, NOx, VOCs and NH3.(2) Established the method for screening object (pollution source) by Region pollution source emission inventory:according to the equal standard pollution load ratio, obtained the importance orders of the pollution sources, binding the regional industry product, draw the importance ranking results of regional pollution sources and pollutants. As Yangzhou for example, the main pollution sources are industrial and life sources, therefore, using the research method to establish emission inventory of industrial sources and life sources; using the emission factor method of mobile sources, agricultural sources and other sources.(3) Using more than 200 people time and nearly 4 months to do the researches, the main research results are as follows:184 research tables of industrial enterprises of Yangzhou,323 catering businesses investigation tables/24 hospitals investigation tables/165 dry cleaning business investigation tables/169 automotive repair and maintenance business survey tables/148 road investigation tables and 58 large-scale construction project investigation tables of Hanjiang, Kaifa, Guangling, Jiangdu and Yizheng.(4) In 2014, the contribution rate order from large to small of pollutant emissions from different pollution sources in Yangzhou is:For industrial sources, NOx 60%,SO2 23%,PM2.5 8%,PMio 6%,CO 3%,VOCS 0,NH30. For life sources, NOx 59%,NH3 21%,VOCs 7%,PM2.5 6%,SO2 4%,PM10 4%,CO 0. For mobile sources,NOx 65%,PM2.5 16%,PMio 8%,SO2 5%,CO 4%,VOCs 2%,NH3 0. Foe agricultural sources,NH3 100%,NOx 0,SO2 0,PM2.5 O,PMio 0,CO 0,VOCs 0. For other sources,PMio 68%,PM2.5 32%,NH3 0,NOx 0,SO2 0,CO 0,VOCs 0.In 2014, the contribution rate order from large to small of pollution sources emissions from different pollutants in Yangzhou is:For PM2.s,other sources 45%, mobile sources 35%, industrial sources 20%, life sources 0, agricultural sources 0. For PMio, other sources 75%, mobile sources 14%, industrial sources 11%, life sourcse 0, agricultural sources 0. For SO2, industrial sources 83%, mobile sources 17%, life sources 0, agricultural sources 0, other sources 0. For NOx, mobile sources 50%, industrial sources 49%, life sources 1%, agricultural sources 0, other sources 0. For VOCs, mobile sources 88%, industrial sources 9%, life sources 3%, agricultural sources 0, other sources 0. For NH3, agricultural sources 93%, life sources 4%, other sources 2%, industrial sources 1%, mobile sources 0. For CO, industrial sources 44%, mobile sources 56%, life sources 0, agricultural sources 0, other sources 0.
