In recent years, there are more and more reports on the dust explosion in the society, especially in the dust removal pipeline in the mechanical processing industry, two times of the dust in the dust collecting pipe, causing great damage to people’s lives and property. This topic is based on this background, is committed to the study of the level of dust in the dust pipe dust explosion, the common aluminum alloy dust as the research object. The 20L spherical explosion test system, dust cloud ignition temperature tester and self-designed wind pipe explosion test platform, PIV image testing system equipment, the explosion basic characteristic parameters and in under the action of a weak shock wave raised again to form explosive powder dust flow characteristics were studied.Through the use of self built horizontal dust wind pipe of horizontal dust duct in particle deposition secondary winding motion is investigated. It is concluded that in the weak shock wave winding dust experiment device diaphragm and not, and deposition of sediment and the amount of position and high pressure air tank pressure force particle deposition secondary raised to the has a great impact:no film in the other conditions remain unchanged after the flow of the residual amount of dust is far less than the residual amount of membrane under the same deposition; particle deposition in front of the film is more easily to form explosive dust clouds winding current.Through the PIV particle image testing system successfully capture the horizontal dust particles are deposited in the wind pipe to flow two weak shock after the rise of gas-solid two-phase flow state and the distribution structure of particles of dust clouds; the high pressure air tank to less pressure under the condition of dust deposition regardless of changes in the levels of dust in the wind pipe the motion of particles is belongs to laminar flow, but when the pressure inside the tank exceeds a certain value when the pressure exceeds 0.2MPa, the particle deposition is hours after hoisting particles flow is laminar flow but when particle deposition amount reaches a certain value in this article is 1g, the flow field becomes after winding the distribution of dust cloud turbulence so that dust in the wind pipe more evenly and easy to form a cloud of dust explosion.
