As process for preparing wood ceramics continuously improves, the mechanical properties of the material have also has been greatly improved, the pore structure of wood ceramics under the special conditions of sliding parts manufacturing with substrate is particularly important. According to the the fact that research of wood ceramics mainly concentrated in the preparation process of wood ceramic physical and mechanical properties of different, involving the dynamic pressure lubrication performance and less is analysis of experimental results, single from wood ceramic special pore structure up less research and lack of systematic theoretical research.This article main research content is as follows:(1) It calls for the existing technology of ceramic wood specimen preparation, using scanning electron microscopy get wood ceramic SEM of porous gap matter structure diagram and MATLAB image processing toolbox, statistical theory on pore structure of carbon material characteristics were quantified, gray-scale display, histogram equalization get clear of the pore structure of carbons gray-scale, respectively on the pore structure characterization of shape, pore structure of area and perimeter and area occupies rate characterization in order to obtain a characterization of pore structure of wood ceramics by geometric parameters;(2) Based on the fluid dynamics equation of the pore structure characteristics in wood ceramic micro pits, which is established by the pressure control equation and film thickness equation of pressure distribution equation and set the appropriate boundary conditions;(3) By means of using FLUENT, a set of geometric parameters values were established as the following wood ceramic dimensional micro pit model:single cylindrical micro pits control unit model, a single crescent micro-pits control unit model, cylindrical and crescent shaped micro dimples array control unit model, model for the fluid mesh, setting the solving condition of flow field analysis, respectively, the output of the flow conditions in three models of internal and external flow field and pressure distribution, and different pore structure parameters of dynamic pressure distribution;Cylindrical and crescent shaped micro dimples array control unit model are based on the influence surface hydrodynamic lubrication performance factors (such as geometric parameters such as area occupies rate and pore structure of the crater radius and pore structure of the dent depth), each time changing only one parameter to respectively obtain geometric parameters mentioned above under the dynamic pressure distribution, thus studying the structural and geometric parameters on the hydrodynamic lubrication performance.Given all this,this article embarks from the porous structure of wood ceramics, system through the geometric characteristic parameters such as aperture, hole depth, area rate representing share. Under different geometric parameters of pore structure of fluid dynamic pressure, it finds the optimal fluid dynamic pressure performance of wood ceramic geometric feature parameters range or relationship with guidance of wood ceramics, to guide the preparation of wood ceramics.
