| Dye wastewater has complex components,high chroma,high toxicity and is difficult to treat.When discharged into the water body,it will pollute the water source,cause irreparable damage to the environment,endanger aquatic organisms and pose a great threat to human health.As a natural and cheap wood calcined product,carbonized wood(CW)has the characteristics of environmental friendliness,easy preparation and superior performance.It has large specific surface area and rich pore structure.It can be used as an adsorbent to adsorb pollutants in water.At the same time,carbonized wood is easy to be modified,supported metal ions can effectively activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS),and supported semiconductor materials have photocatalytic properties.In this paper,a porous carbonized wood material(CW)with three-dimensional structure was prepared by hydrothermal calcination with pine block as raw material and hydrochloric acid as etching agent;Using the carbonized wood material as the substrate and sodium tungstate as the raw material,tungsten trioxide loaded carbonized wood(WO3-CW)was prepared;Tungsten trioxide / titanium dioxide loaded carbonized wood(Ti O2/WO3-CW)was prepared with carbonized wood as substrate and titanium trichloride and sodium tungstate as raw materials.The removal effects of three materials on Rhodamine B(Rh B)in water were studied by using adsorption method,advanced oxidation method and photocatalytic synergistic advanced oxidation technique.The experiment is mainly divided into the following three parts:(1)Three-dimensional porous carbonized wood(CW)was prepared by a hydrothermalcalcination two-step method with pine block as raw material and hydrochloric acid as etchant.The prepared three-dimensional porous carbonized wood was used for the adsorption experiment of Rhodamine B in water.The experimental results show that the etching method can generate a large number of pores in the wood structure,and the specific surface area is 447.6 M~2/g.At the same time,a large number of nano carbon spheres with a size of about 200 nm-500 nm are generated in the pores.After calcination,the conductivity and rigidity of carbon materials are increased,and the adsorption efficiency of Rhodamine B is also improved.(2)Tungsten trioxide supported three-dimensional porous carbonized wood(WO3-CW)was prepared by hydrothermal wood block and sodium tungstate under acidic conditions.The experimental results show that tungsten trioxide nanoparticles can be formed in situ in threedimensional porous carbonized wood.This method realizes the modification of carbonized wood by tungsten trioxide.The introduction of tungsten trioxide enables carbonized wood to activate PMS to remove Rh B under light conditions.(3)In the process of wood carbonization,titanium trichloride and sodium tungstate were introduced as titanium and tungsten sources to further prepare three-dimensional porous carbonized wood(WO3/Ti O2-CW)loaded with titanium dioxide and tungsten trioxide.The experimental results show that titanium dioxide and tungsten trioxide can be loaded on the surface of carbonized wood at the same time.The introduction of titanium dioxide further increases the specific surface area of the material,improves its adsorption capacity for rhodamine,enhances the photocatalytic capacity of the material and improves the activation capacity of the material for PMS. |
